What we collect

Nothing is sent to us. Your quiz answers, workouts, records and body measurements are saved only in your own browser on your own device. We don't have accounts, a database, or analytics tracking.

Where your data lives

Your data stays on the device you use. If you clear your browser data, it is deleted. You can export a backup file from Settings in the app and import it on another device. You can erase everything anytime from Settings.

Third parties

• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard web request information such as your IP address.
• The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs.
• If you buy Protocol-X, the payment is handled by our checkout provider, which receives the details you enter at checkout. We never see your full card number.

Protocol-X provides general fitness information and is not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program.
